Revolution Brewing Beer Dinner
Join us for the next installment in our Dinner & Drinks Series, featuring Revolution brewing. Guests will dine on a 4 course meal from Chef Cecilio Rodriguez and Sous Chef David Noel, with a dessert course from Southern France Patisserie. Each of the four courses is created to perfectly compliment a select Revolution seasonal brew.
First Course:
GORGONZOLA DOLCE PANNA COTTA- lemon, greens, Straight Jacket nuts
Straight Jacket Barrel-Aged Barleywine
Second Course:
DUCK TAMALE- Jukebox Hero mole, spicy peanuts, lime, cabbage
Jukebox Hero Black IPA
Third Course:
BEEF CHEEK STROGANOFF- house made pappardelle, mushroom parmesan cream, tempura mushroom
A Little Crazy Belgo-Style Pale Ale
Dessert Course:
Provided by Southern France Patisserie
Caramel beurre de salé mousse, milk chocolate whiskey cremeux, raspberry gelee, brownie base
Very Mad Cow Barrel-Aged Milk Stout
Tickets may be purchased for $50 through Feb 20th. Tickets purchased after Feb 20th will be $60.
Ticket purchase is good for (1) entry to event. Each ticket includes (1) four course dinner prepared specifically for this event. Each of the four main courses will be paired with (1) pour of select brewery styles. Additional pours will be available for an added charge.
